Course Description:
Pulse reading (Nadi Pariksha) is one of Ayurveda’s most profound diagnostic tools, offering deep insight into the state of body, mind, and consciousness. Beyond detecting imbalances, the practice of self-pulse reading becomes a meditative bridge between awareness and
physiology.
